CDOT to issue permits for hybrid HOV use (Denver Post)

The Colorado Department of Transportation will issue 2,000 permits to owners of qualifying hybrid vehicles allowing them to use High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) and High Occupancy Toll (HOT) lanes.
